CS GROUP in Paris is seeking a sustainability professional to advance ESA programmes, focusing on environmental impact assessments, eco-design, and ESG reporting.

You will coordinate ex-ante and ex-post evaluations, support CSR reporting, and engage with ESA directorates and stakeholders, contributing to life-cycle analyses, KPI tracking, and sustainability tool development across the agency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in sustainability or space/defence programs.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting, GHG accounting, LCA, and ESG frameworks.
• Experience in Sustainability Engineering topics (Clean Space, Eco-Design, Space Circular Economy).
• Knowledge of environmental regulations (REACH, RoHS).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; fluent English mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Support development and implementation of sustainability strategies for ESA programmes.
• Coordinate ex-ante and ex-post sustainability evaluations with programme directorates.
• Deploy ESA's eco-design policy including LCA methodologies and sustainability tools.
• Support change management, communications, and awareness activities.
• Coordinate annual greenhouse gas emissions assessment and dashboard reporting.
• Support the Green Agenda PMO with planning, reporting, and risk monitoring.
• Coordinate CSR Report preparation and ensure alignment with international standards.
• Manage stakeholder consultations and materiality framework.
• Support FFPA-related activities with ESA directorates and EU agencies.
• Organise Environmental Protection Working Group meetings.
• Contribute to ESG Transformation Initiative KPI tracking and reporting.
• Support environmental assessments of major procurements with life-cycle impact evaluations.
