Job summary

Exotrail is seeking a Mission Security Manager to oversee cybersecurity across space programs and products. You will embed security across the lifecycle, from risk assessment and architecture design to operations and continuous monitoring.

You will lead security governance, risk management, and assurance activities, coordinating with system architects, engineering teams, and external stakeholders. The role includes security testing, monitoring threats, and driving a strong security culture in a

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in embedded systems, aerospace, defense, or other critical environments.
• Experience conducting cybersecurity risk assessments and defining mitigation strategies.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects involving hardware and software.
• Knowledge of space systems or regulated industries is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and manage product security documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead security risk analysis and coordinate mitigation activities with architects.
• Coordinate security audits and testing (SAST/DAST/SCA/Penetration testing).
• Monitor remediation actions and contribute to product security reviews.
• Promote cybersecurity culture across engineering and project teams.
