Novaspace is seeking an Events’ Program Manager to support delivery of flagship conferences within the space and defense ecosystem. You will report to the Events Director and coordinate content, speakers, and stakeholder engagement with government, agency and industry partners.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, managing multiple events, and delivering high-quality content and participant value, with a focus on international conferences and executive events.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience organizing international conferences, congresses or executive events.
• Experience with both public-sector and private-sector stakeholders is preferred.
• Background in conference program management, speaker coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of conference programs with high-quality content.
• Build and manage relationships with senior-level speakers and partners.
• Develop compelling conference agendas by trends and audience interests.
• Oversee speaker recruitment, preparation and coordination throughout events.
• Work cross-functionally to align program objectives with business goals.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications for multiple events.
• Support partnerships, sponsorships and business development activities.
• Continuously evaluate performance and propose content improvements.
