NovaSpace is seeking a Conference Program Manager to lead development and delivery of flagship events within the space sector. You will coordinate speakers, manage program committees, and engage diverse stakeholders including government and industry partners.

Reporting to the Events Director, you will ensure high-quality content, cross-functional collaboration, and strong program outcomes while supporting sponsorship and business development activities in an international context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience organizing international conferences, congresses, forums, or executive-level events.
• Experience coordinating with public-sector and private-sector stakeholders.
• Experience in conference program management, speaker coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of conference and event programs.
• Build and manage relationships with senior-level speakers and partners.
• Develop compelling conference agendas reflecting industry trends and audience interests.
• Oversee speaker recruitment and preparation across the event lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align programs with business goals.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications for multiple events.
• Support partnerships, sponsorship and business development through stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate event performance and propose content improvements.
