Novaspace, an international consulting group in the space sector, seeks an experienced Events project manager to support events activities and lead day-to-day operations.

You will manage international conferences, coordinate cross-functional teams, handle budgets, logistics, and client relationships, reporting to the Events Director. Remote work is available 2 days/week, with meal vouchers and profit-sharing rewards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Economics.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience organizing international conferences, congresses, forums, dealing with public (institutions) and private stakeholders.
• Proven track record with international conferences, congresses, forums, and association events, preferably in agency settings.
• Strategic problem-solver who excels in high-pressure environments.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of digital tools (MS Office, Monday, Salesforce, Swapcard, Adobe Suite is a plus).
• Team and suppliers management.
• Languages: fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written). Knowledge of French and additional languages is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Creating and organizing events and projects of all scales, lead project teams and follow a 360-degree organization approach.
• Supporting existing events: communications, onsite logistics, manage onsite schedules & providers.
• Handling team processes, budgets and relationship with admin team (HR, Finance).
• Lead weekly individual check-ins and coordinate project and team meetings.
• Coordinate with content, sales, and operations to manage production status and event logistics.
