Job summary

Exotrail, based in Toulouse and Massy, seeks an Electronic & Electrical Architect to lead the electrical architecture design for Spacevan. You will oversee EPS, PCB design, harness development, and validation across a multidisciplinary team to ensure robust spaceflight electronics.

The role emphasizes high‑reliability systems, supplier coordination, and collaboration with System, Software, Propulsion, and AIT teams to deliver safe and efficient space missions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in electrical and electronic systems architecture.
• Strong background in power distribution systems, electronics design, and system integration.
• Experience managing complex technical developments with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with high-reliability or safety-critical systems.
• Previous experience in the space industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the satellite EPS architecture, including generation, storage, regulation, protection, and power distribution.
• Dimension and model power supplies, DC/DC converters, batteries, protections, and power distribution units.
• Lead the design and validation of avionics boards such as EPS, PDU, or payload interface boards.
• Define harness architectures, wiring diagrams, and electrical integration rules.
• Coordinate with System, Software, Propulsion, and AIT teams on electrical integration.
