NovaSpace is seeking a Conference Program Manager to support its flagship events in the global space and defense ecosystem. Reporting to the Events Director, you will coordinate content, manage speakers, and engage stakeholders from government, agencies, and industry to ensure high-level conferences.

You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, coordinating agendas, recruiting speakers, and supporting sponsorship and partnerships while aligning program goals with broader business

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, International Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organizing international conferences, congresses, forums, or executive-level events.
• Experience with public-sector and private-sector stakeholders is a strong asset.
• Experience in conference program management, speaker coordination, and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of conference and event programs with high-quality content and engaging outcomes.
• Build and manage relationships with senior-level speakers, institutional representatives, and partners.
• Develop conference agendas by identifying industry trends and audience interests.
• Oversee speaker recruitment, preparation and coordination throughout the event lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align program objectives with business goals.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for multiple events.
