Job summary

AMPECO is seeking a Solutions Architecture Lead in France to guide customers through architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects from initial conversation through go-live. You will engage at pre-sales stages, own migration strategies, and manage planning, estimation, and risk to support bids.

You will lead onboarding for new customers and ensure smooth handovers to BAU, while handling ongoing engagements with existing clients on new integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or client delivery role.
• Fluent in English and French and/or German.
• Ability to translate ambiguous client needs into concrete, actionable technical plans.
• Willingness to travel to meet prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects from initial conversation to go-live.
• Define overall solution architecture and migration strategy with new prospects.
• Own planning, estimation, and risk assessment to support bidding and contracting.
• Lead onboarding and migration for new AMPECO customers.

• Lead planning and delivery for existing customers' new integrations or complex initiatives.

Job description

• As a Solutions Architecture Lead at AMPECO you will be a senior individual contributor who guides customers through the architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects, from the first conversation to a successful project go-live
• You will work on specific engagements and can join as early as the pre-sales stage
• With a new prospect, you will help define the overall solution architecture and migration strategy
• You will also own the planning, estimation, and risk assessment that support bidding and contracting
• Once a prospect becomes an AMPECO customer, you will lead their onboarding and migration
• When the project is complete, you will hand them over smoothly to a business-as-usual setup
• As existing customers take on new integrations or complex initiatives, you might again lead the planning and delivery
