Maersk in France is seeking a Solution Design Engineer to establish the Contract Logistics capability in Europe. You will be the subject‑matter expert for designing and solutioning warehouse proposals to win large‑scale opportunities.

This is an office‑based role with on‑site presence five days a week at one of the advertised locations. Bring strong analytics, international supply chain experience, and knowledge of warehousing technologies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in International Supply Chains.
• Data‑driven approach with ability to analyse and translate into solutions.
• Strong Contract Logistics background with warehousing tech and EU trade/regulatory knowledge.
• Numerate and analytical with knowledge of logistics processes.
• Solid WMS knowledge.
• Experience collaborating in matrix, multicultural organisations.
• Agile, self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Design warehousing solutions including layouts, resources, IT, processes and costs in line with HSSE.
• Develop and prepare new logistics concepts and value propositions.
• Engage proactively in the sales process to validate viability and support area sales.
• Share market knowledge and best practices across Europe as a centre of excellence.
