DHL Supply Chain in France seeks a Senior IT Solution Manager WMS to oversee end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse management IT solutions across sites. You will align business needs with technical delivery, promote standardization, and ensure seamless integration with ERP/TMS.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior managers, and drive post-implementation reviews to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, SCM, or related field.
• Experience designing and improving logistics warehouse processes.
• Experience designing and implementing WMS for mid- to large-scale, multi-site operations with ERP/TMS integration.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements management tools, and Agile/Waterfall.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Business Development and Solution Design during bids to propose cost-effective IT architectures that balance customization with standardization.
• Translate operational workflows into IT solutions, minimizing non-standard configurations and promoting reusable components.
• Lead the design of WMS solutions that integrate with DHL's standardized IT products (e.g., Centiro, TMS, WCS).
• Lead the functional implementation with IT application consultants and developers, including configuration and testing.
• Share configuration, development, and test progress with stakeholders; communicate risks and scope changes with mitigations.
• Develop training materials and workshops to educate cross-functional teams on WMS capabilities and standardization policies.
• Mentor junior IT Solution Managers and Application Consultants in WMS configuration and stakeholder management.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.
