Pigment is seeking an experienced Solutions Consulting Team Lead to coach a cohort of Solutions Consultants and optimize alignment of SC resources with opportunities. You will engage in value-driven discovery, deliver compelling platform demos, and shape strategies with regional sales leaders.

The role reports to the EMEA Solutions Consulting Leader and requires leadership across cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years leading pre-sales in enterprise software, strong C-suite

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Pre-sales / Solution Consulting team.
• Ability to coach a team of up to 5 high performers.
• Proven track record in Enterprise Software value-based selling and demos.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions and focus on value and business impact.
• Deliver effective demos and articulate platform value.
• Develop tailored talk tracks and journey maps for prospects.
• Build planning models for Proofs of Value or workshops.
• Coach team members to improve core SC skills.
• Manage day-to-day tasks for up to 5 team members and hiring.
• Develop execution strategy for Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with regional sales to craft account strategies; conduct reviews.
• Communicate with CFOs/CIOs at the executive level.
