Role Description & Responsibilities

As a SolidWorks Drawings AI Developer, you will design, develop, and continuously improve the SolidWorks software to provide world-class apps, services, and technologies that deliver experiences and value to end-users. You will enhance deliveries based on usage and user feedback.

As an experienced software engineer, you will serve as a technical resource to assist in the development and delivery of the SolidWorks application and features, as well as new Artificial Intelligence applications within the SolidWorks desktop application. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with a globally distributed team and engaging in various R&D activities throughout the software development lifecycle, such as:

1. Developing technical concepts and software architecture
2. Programming solutions in the SolidWorks application using C++
3. Developing AVML models and designing software architecture between ML models and the application
4. Creating automated testing for new code

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

1. 4-5 years of experience coding in C++ (Modern C++)
2. Practical experience developing AI applications (not just academic work)

Additional desirable skills:

• CAD, 3D visualization, and rendering experience
