Invenergy LLC is seeking a Solar Technician to support operation and maintenance at our Chalk Bluff Solar Energy Center. The role focuses on performing mechanical and electrical upkeep of solar, substation, and related equipment.

You will work 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday–Friday with overtime and occasional nights; travel up to 30% and outdoor work in varying conditions are required. A high school diploma plus technical experience is expected.

Qualifications

• PV maintenance experience including DC/AC systems
• Industrial maintenance background in manufacturing/automation
• Experience with SCADA systems and electrical testing tools
• Able to read electrical diagrams and follow procedures
• Willing to travel up to 30% and work nights as needed

Responsabilités

• Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on site solar, substation, and related equipment
• Perform vegetation management according to plan and operate large equipment safely
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic issues including inverter/tracker faults and network problems
• Understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of all site equipment
• Maintain safe work environment and wear required PPE; participate in overtime and night work as scheduled
