NovaSource Power Services is seeking a maintenance/operations technician for utility-scale PV power plants. You will monitor plant operations via SCADA, perform commissioning, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs on inverters, modules, transformers, and metering systems.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork. Requirements include 1 year of related experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and electrical certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College or technical degree preferred.
• Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc. a plus.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor PV plant operation through SCADA and perform PM tasks.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC solar PV systems and components.
• Follow safety, environmental, and Lockout-Tag-Out procedures.
• Prepare documentation for procurement and vendor services.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure quality and schedule adherence.
