Energy Support Services seeks a Senior Field Service Technician to serve as the regional technical authority across solar sites in and around El Paso, Texas. The role emphasizes high autonomy, coordinating complex maintenance, and managing state permitting.

You will train field technicians, oversee safety programs, and work with management and vendors to keep solar assets performing reliably.

Qualifications

• Senior licensed electrician with medium-voltage judgment required.
• PV/solar experience not required; license is non-negotiable.
• Strong leadership and coordination of field teams.
• Ability to obtain and manage state electrical permitting.
