ib vogt GmbH in France is seeking a development professional to identify photovoltaic and agrivoltaic sites. You will build relations with landowners, public authorities, and local stakeholders, and coordinate pre-siting analyses with our Lyon team.

Responsibilities include negotiating land rights, designing viable projects with local teams, and monitoring new opportunities while reporting progress. Travel and remote work may be required as part of a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bac+4 technical or commercial training required.
• 3-5 years in identifying photovoltaic/wind energy sites or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of town-planning regulations and land feasibility analysis.

Responsabilités

• Identify land for PV/agrivoltaic projects using network and atlas.
• Develop institutional relations to bring opportunities.
• Negotiate land rights (lease, option, etc.).
• Design viable projects with local teams within regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor for new sites and tender invitations; report activity monthly.
