ib vogt is seeking a developer for ground-mounted solar projects in France’s Centre-Val de Loire. You will identify land, assess feasibility, and build relationships with landowners, local authorities, and partners to advance project portfolios.

You will analyse zoning, environmental constraints, and market opportunities, coordinating with technical and financial teams to shape viable, compliant solar developments. A high degree of autonomy and mobility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bac +4 technical or commercial training.
• 3–5 years' experience identifying photovoltaic/wind sites.
• Excellent knowledge of town-planning regulations and environmental assessment.
• French language mandatory; English is a plus.
• Autonomy, proactivity and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify land for PV/agrivoltaic projects using your network and atlas.
• Develop institutional and commercial relations with stakeholders.
• Negotiate with landowners to secure the land.
• Design economically viable projects with local teams.
• Report activity and monitor project progress.
• Lead project scope with autonomy under branch manager guidance.
