ib vogt GmbH in Lyon seeks a Site Prospecting & Development Specialist to identify land for ground-mounted solar projects and manage relationships with landowners and authorities. You will perform pre-feasibility analyses, negotiate land rights, and coordinate with technical and financial teams to design viable projects while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Technical or commercial training (Bac +4).
• 3-5 years' experience in identifying photovoltaic/wind energy sites, real estate sector.
• Excellent knowledge of town-planning regulations and ability to analyse land feasibility.
• Autonomy, proactivity, responsibility and strong interpersonal skills.
• French required; English is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and to work from home.

Responsabilités

• Identify land for new solar photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects using your network.
• Develop institutional and commercial relations with local stakeholders.
• Perform pre-feasibility analysis (administrative, environmental, urban planning, technical).
• Negotiate land rights (lease, option to purchase).
• Design economically viable projects in consultation with local teams.
• Monitor new sites and respond to invitations to tender or calls for projects.
• Prepare and draft responses and position the company to enrich the project portfolio.
• Report activity via monthly reports and tools.
• Lead project scope with autonomy under the branch manager.
