EasyPicky recherche un Chef de Projet pour son département Operations, basé à Montpellier, avec mobilité internationale. Vous serez l Interlocuteur principal des clients après la signature, planifierez et livrerez les projets, et garantirez le respect des délais et du budget.

Poste en CDI, possibilité de travail hybride (jusqu’à 3 jours/ semaine) et rémunération 45k–55k€ bruts/an + bonus et avantages. Vous piloterez les interfaces avec les outils clients (CRM, etc.), rédigerez les spécifications

Qualifications

• Expérience significative en gestion de projets tech (idéal B2B SaaS).
• Bonnes compétences en relations clients et en communication.
• Maîtrise opérationnelle de l’anglais et du français à l’écrit et à l’oral.

Responsabilités

• Servir de point de contact pour les clients clés depuis la signature jusqu’à la livraison.
• Planifier et piloter les différentes phases du projet et assurer les échanges internes et externes.
• Rapporter risques et alertes sur l’avancement du projet.
• Coordonner l’interfaçage de l’application avec les outils client et documenter les spécifications.
• Garantir la qualité des données et des livrables fournis au client.
• Superviser les phases de pré-test, test et production.
• Veiller au respect du budget du projet.
• Relier les demandes client à ce qui est contractuel et signaler les écarts.
• Intervenir ponctuellement lors du pré-ventes pour évaluer faisabilité et ressources.

As part of the deployment of EasyPicky solutions for international brands in mass distribution and other retail sectors, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations department.

In this role, your missions will include:

• Acting as the point of contact for our key account clients from the moment the contract is signed by the Sales team until project delivery.
• Planning and delivering the various stages of the project while ensuring internal and external communication throughout to meet delivery deadlines.
• Reporting risks and alerts regarding project progress to EasyPicky management and the client project team.
• Coordinating the interfacing of the application with client tools (e.g., CRM) and providing documentation when necessary (e.g., writing specifications).
• Ensuring the quality of incoming project data provided by the client.
• Ensuring the quality of client deliveries throughout the project.
• Supervising pre-test, test, and production phases.
• Ensuring compliance with the project budget.
• Linking client requests to what was contractualized and reporting discrepancies if necessary.
• Intervening occasionally during the pre-sales stage to evaluate technical feasibility and estimate associated resources, deadlines, and costs

What we are looking for:

You have a first significant experience (min. 4 years) in Tech project management (ideally B2B SaaS solutions).You are passionate about client relations and enjoy persuading while building relationships of trust.You possess the ability to solve complex problems.You have strong analytical skills.Your English and French are fluent (both written and spoken), allowing you to manage projects with international stakeholders.

Travel: Regular travel is to be expected (1/month).
