We're looking for a curious, driven Junior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. You'll work on real problems from day one — contributing to our Salesforce platform, our microservices architecture, and the internal tools that power our operations across Europe.
This isn't a role where you sit in a corner fixing bugs. You'll be embedded in a squad, collaborating daily with product managers and designers to shape features end-to-end. We care deeply about craft, speed, and continuous learning.
You'll join a tech team of ~20 engineers organised into 4 product squads, each with full ownership of their domain — from ideation to production. Squads work in close collaboration with Product, so expect regular syncs, shared roadmaps, and a genuine seat at the table when decisions are made.
Agile rituals (sprint planning, retros, stand-ups) are a real part of how we work — not just a checkbox.
(Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience (personal projects, bootcamp, open source…)
We care as much about what you've built as where you studied. A strong GitHub profile or portfolio goes a long way.
Mission‑driven work: Every line of code contributes to accelerating the EV transition across Europe
AI‑first culture: We embrace the best tools and expect everyone to keep learning
Tight‑knit team: ~20 engineers who genuinely enjoy working together
Paris centre office, hybrid setup
Strong product ambition and a fast‑moving roadmap
Tech watch, learning budget, and an environment that values curiosity
We keep our process lean and respectful of your time:
Intro call with a recruiter (30 min)
Interview with our CTO — motivation, culture fit, and where you want to grow (45 min)
Technical interview with a tech lead — a mix of code and discussion (1h)
Final conversation with a PM and our CEO — meet the team, ask your questions (45 min)
We aim to move fast. You'll hear from us at every step.
