Lefty is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping brands and agencies discover creators, manage influencer campaigns, and measure performance. As Social Media Specialist, you’ll shape and grow Lefty’s social presence across platforms and establish the brand as a leading voice in influencer marketing.

You’ll own day-to-day execution, develop campaigns, create content, manage communities, collaborate with creators, and use analytics to continuously improve reach and engagement across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with design and basic content creation tools.
• Experience using social analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creators.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Identify opportunities to be part of relevant influencer conversations across influencer marketing.
• Create engaging content for various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, MailChimp).
• Monitor, engage, and respond to the Lefty online community and foster influencer relationships.
• Utilize analytics to derive insights, optimize content strategy, and make data-driven decisions.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and manage paid advertising to drive conversions.
