Job summary

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe seeks a motivated Communications/Marketing intern to join the Social Media & Community Management team at its Lyon HQ. You will support content creation, scheduling, and events coordination across platforms in English.

The internship is full-time for 6 months, starting January 2027, located in Lyon (not fully remote). Remuneration ranges from 1,000€ to 1,200€ per month, with teleworking options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree in Communication / PR / Marketing / Business
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office software applications
• Familiarity with editing tools is a plus
• Comfortable creating content on various Social Media platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently on projects
• Strong interest in video games is a plus

Job Description

As part of the Social Media & Community Management team at the European headquarters, you will support the team’s activities and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Participate in community management on multiple platforms
• Contribute to the creation and scheduling of social media content and assets in English
• Support the team in the organization of community events
• Support the relationship and coordination with local territories to harmonize social media scheduling, content and assets

This internship will suit people who wish to pursue a career in Community Management and Social Media, whether in France or worldwide, gaining valuable experience in an international environment within the entertainment sector.

Candidate Profile

• Enrolled in a degree in Communication / PR / Marketing / Business
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office software applications
• Familiarity with editing tools is a plus
• Comfortable with creating content on a variety of Social Media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with the team
• Highly self-motivated and being able to work independently on projects

Additional information

Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract: full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)

Start date: January 2027

Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from 1000€ up to 1,200€ per month)
