Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a dynamic field-based Sales professional to grow our wholesale portfolio and drive promotions at partner stores across Paris. You will visit clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that increase product adoption.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, strong communication skills.
• Sales experience in bedding or furniture is a plus.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Independent, self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow our product portfolio at wholesale partner stores and implement promotions.
• Regularly visit existing clients to assess needs, promote products and check POS materials.
• Develop and sustain relationships with assigned clients and tailor solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and help drive growth.
• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams for project implementations.
• Monitor account progress, pinpoint pain points, and adapt strategies.
• Train store sales staff and in-store personnel.
