Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company in Paris is seeking a proactive sales professional to grow our wholesale portfolio. You will visit partner stores, promote products, and build strong client relationships while delivering customized solutions.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record in bedding or furniture, strong communication skills in French and English, and a valid driving license. A company car and international team environment are offered.

• Demonstrated sales experience in consumer goods or furniture.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Grow our product portfolio at wholesale partner stores and implement promotions.
• Visit existing clients/stores to assess needs, promote products, and check POS materials.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients and work on customized solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in strategy development.
• Serve as the main contact between clients and internal teams for project delivery.
• Track account developments, identify pain points and growth potential.
• Train in-store sales staff and train shopfloor staff on products.

What you´ll do:

• You are responsible for growing our product portfolio at our wholesale partner stores and implement promotional activities
• You will frequently visit existing clients/stores in your area to evaluate needs, promote products and check POS materials
• You will further develop and sustain relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs and requirements, as well as work on customized solutions.
• You will spot new business opportunities and
• You will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation of projects
• You will constantly track account developments, identify pain points, growth potential and adapt our strategy accordingly
• You will take care of training the sales staff in store and training sales staff on the shopfloor

• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in French and English).
• Sales experience in bedding or furniture is a bonus, not a must.
• A valid driving license.
