Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an experienced Regional Stores Manager to lead store operations across France. You will own profitability, drive performance through KPIs, and guide Store Managers to develop high-performing teams while collaborating with central functions to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-store retail operations or regional roles (Area/Regional Manager).
• Hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable in a scaling environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence performance across teams cross-functionally (ops, finance, HR, marketing).
• Willingness to travel frequently to support stores and execution across the region.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and profitability analysis for stores in scope.
• Monitor retail performance via KPIs and review cycles, using data to guide decisions.
• Harmonize regional best practices and propose initiatives to boost sales.
• Support new store openings, ramp-ups, and stabilization phases from operations and leadership.
• Coordinate staffing with outsourcing agencies and Recruitment to meet needs.
• Build and manage high-performing regional teams including coaching and development.
• Ensure consistent product and operational training across stores in scope.
• Drive a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
