SBM Offshore, a global leader in floating production solutions, is seeking an Operations Engineer to oversee coordination and execution of onshore and offshore operations at the shorebase. You will manage daily activities, optimize processes, and ensure safety and environmental standards.

With a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 3 years in oil and gas, you will provide technical support, drive cost reductions, and liaise with logistics, maintenance, and production teams to keep operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or related field).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in oil and gas.

Responsabilités

Coordinate and manage daily operational activities at the shorebase.
Monitor and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to onshore and offshore teams.
Liaise with logistics, maintenance, and production to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
Participate in planning and execution of projects and shutdowns.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure availability of materials and services.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
