Job summary

Vinted Go in Roncq, France is seeking an EVS Shift Manager to own people and operational performance within an assigned site, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and SLA standards while contributing to cross‑location initiatives.

This role drives continuous improvement, manages escalations, and builds capability through coaching and succession planning, acting as the link between frontline operations and management.

Qualifications

• Expertise across a wide range of EVS categories with grounding in basic automation, coding, or electronics engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in electronics repair/testing and understanding of EVS processes.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach, develop, and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full shift performance including quality, productivity, SLA adherence and cost efficiency.
• Oversee end‑to‑end verification workflows and resolve bottlenecks and risks.
• Plan and manage resourcing and capacity, including temporary workforce coordination.
• Lead, coach and develop team members with performance management and succession planning.
• Drive operational improvements within the shift/site and support EVS initiatives.
• Handle escalations with root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Make data‑driven decisions balancing cost, efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with other Shift Managers and stakeholders on priorities and risks.
• Communicate performance and improvement opportunities to management.
• Promote safety, quality culture and engagement across the team.
• Contribute operational input into EVS strategic development.
