Jobtailor in France seeks a dynamic General Production Leader to drive a high-volume manufacturing operation. You will lead and develop the General Production team, deliver safe, high-quality outcomes, and translate priorities into actionable plans across the department.

You will embed governance, internal controls, and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement and digital KPI tracking, partnering with cross-functional teams to align on maintenance, quality, and EHS priorities.

Qualifications

• Dynamic and results-oriented manufacturing leader.
• Strong track record in production management in high-volume industrial environments, preferably automotive.
• Strong people leadership skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiar with maintenance, quality, logistics, engineering, and EHS teams.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience leading large production teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, KPI management, and improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with automotive quality standards and environmental management systems.
• Fluent in French and English.
