Pennylane is hiring an SEO & AI Content Specialist to join the Growth team. You will build AI-powered content workflows, produce and optimise high-value SEO content, and help develop our GEO approach to improve discoverability and conversions.

You will work closely with the SEO Manager and a cross-functional team, using data to prioritise work, run experiments, and iterate quickly in a remote-friendly, hybrid Paris- or France-based role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience and examples of published content.
• Fluent in French with strong writing and editing skills; working proficiency in English.
• Pragmatic, data-informed approach with hypothesis testing and measurement.
• Experience using AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build AI-powered content workflows with briefs, checklists and guidelines.
• Write, update and optimise SEO content to drive non-branded traffic and conversions.
• Turn search intent into structured content and run optimisation initiatives.
• Test formats and strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated answers.
