Pennylane is seeking an SEO & AI Content Specialist to work closely with the SEO Manager and Growth team in France. You’ll build AI-powered workflows, produce high-value SEO content, and help shape the GEO strategy while embedding AI thoughtfully into workflows.

You will write, update, and optimise content to generate organic traffic and conversions, turning search intent into clear, useful material for Pennylane’s audiences. A hybrid Paris or remote France arrangement offers flexibility.

Qualifications

Initial, meaningful hands-on experience in SEO.
Fluent in French with strong writing and editing skills; professional working proficiency in English.
Data-informed approach: form hypotheses, test, measure, and improve.
Already using AI tools in daily workflow and eager to deepen practice.
Sharp eye for structure, clarity, accuracy and editorial quality.
Comfortable in fast-moving, collaborative environment and focus on high-impact initiatives.

Responsabilités

Build AI-powered content workflows that accelerate research, outlining, first drafts and editing while upholding high editorial standards.
Produce and optimise high-value SEO content including articles, pillar and landing pages to drive non-branded organic traffic.
Help develop Pennylane's GEO approach by understanding AI discovery prompts and adapting content for AI search journeys.
Make data-driven decisions by monitoring SEO signals and translating data into actionable recommendations.
