Pennylane is hiring a content SEO professional to lead the development of AI-powered content workflows and high-value SEO content. You will collaborate with the Growth team to turn search intent into useful, well-structured content for Pennylane’s audiences and optimize content for AI-generated answers while keeping human reader experience strong.

You will work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, using tools like Google Search Console, GA4 and Semrush to inform decisions and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Initial, hands-on experience in SEO, with published content you can share.
• Fluent in French with strong writing/editing skills; professional working English.
• You use AI tools in daily workflow and want to deepen practice.
• Sharp eye for structure, clarity and editorial quality.

Responsabilités

• Build AI-powered content workflows to accelerate research, outlines and first drafts.
• Produce and optimise SEO content (articles, pillar pages, landing pages) to drive organic traffic and conversions.
• Develop the GEO approach; adapt content for AI search journeys and emerging AI prompts.
• Make data-driven decisions by monitoring SEO signals and running experiments.
