GE Vernova seeks a Senior Wind Hub Technician to support turbine operations at the hub sites in TX. Daily hands-on work spans electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, with emphasis on safety, quality and warranty repairs.

You will collaborate with Site Lead to meet contract obligations, troubleshoot complex issues, document work, and mentor peers, with travel and rotating shifts as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years wind troubleshooting experience; 1+ year in EHS/SQC/lead role or 6+ years wind troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and lift up to 50 lbs, climb towers up to 300 ft daily.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet schedule requirements.

Responsabilités

• Execute contractual obligations daily with electrical and mechanical equipment in GE wind turbines.
• Troubleshoot complex wind turbine issues (variable pitch/speed) and plan timely resolutions.
• Read/digest schematics, drawings, manuals; document work via service reports.
• Collaborate with remote operations center and mentor peers as directed.
