GE Vernova is seeking a Wind Technician to keep turbine operations across Texas hub and nearby sites running smoothly. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and warranty work to meet contract requirements.

The candidate will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, document results in service reports, and coordinate with Site Lead. Local travel, rotating shifts, and site support are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Wind Certificate Program/Associates preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to climb towers and lift up to 50 lbs daily.
• Experience or training in wind energy is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain turbine operations and perform maintenance, repair or replacement of parts.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on turbines.
• Document all work using service reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with Site Lead and Manager to meet contract requirements.
• Support remote operations center as needed.
