Job summary

RyseUp Studios, based in Lyon, is looking for an experienced VFX Artist to join our team of 22. The ideal candidate will produce stunning VFX for our main project, Roboquest, a stylized FPS, while also contributing to other IPs, including VR titles.

The position requires expertise in Unreal Engine's VFX tools and the ability to independently create 2D assets. Additionally, you will help mentor junior artists under a unified artistic direction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in VFX with Unreal Engine’s Cascade.
• Familiarity with Niagara for VFX.
• Ability to create 2D assets without a concept artist.

Responsibilities

• Produce VFX for Roboquest and other IPs.
• Unify existing VFX under the same artistic direction.
• Manage junior VFX artists.
