Interpath Advisory in France seeks a highly motivated Associate to join the Value Creation practice. You will help clients navigate integration and separation challenges, producing buy-side and sell-side carve-out and integration reports, and supporting the operational execution of deals.

You will also engage in Finance Transformation and Cash & Working Capital projects, conduct research to shape solutions, and assist senior team members with client pitches.

Qualifications

• BAC+5 in a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a consultancy or advisory role, preferably within I&S or Transaction Services.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and draw insights.

Responsabilités

• Assist on buy-side and sell-side carve-out and integration reports.
• Support operational execution of integrations or carve-outs for clients.
• Participate in Value Creation engagements such as Finance Transformation or Cash & Working Capital.
• Conduct research and analysis to shape solutions and support business development.
• Support MDs and senior team members with client pitch production.
