A leading software development company in Grenoble is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their team. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate across teams on the Polyspace product line, using a user-centered design approach to conduct user research, advocate for technical users, and contribute to design recommendations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, fluency in French and English, and 6+ years of relevant experience in UX research.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX research or equivalent.
• Experience with user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to interpret user feedback and provide design recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Identify and conduct appropriate user research methods.
• Advocate for technical users in cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to design documentation based on user feedback.

Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research
