A leading software development company in Grenoble is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their team. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate across teams on the Polyspace product line, using a user-centered design approach to conduct user research, advocate for technical users, and contribute to design recommendations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, fluency in French and English, and 6+ years of relevant experience in UX research.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX research or equivalent.
• Experience with user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to interpret user feedback and provide design recommendations.

Senior UX Researcher – MathWorks

Join MathWorks in this hybrid role where you will collaborate across teams on the Polyspace product line, using a user‑centered design approach to research, design, and validate solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate user research methods based on project goals and constraints.
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and more.
• Identify user pain points and workflows to influence strategy and product direction.
• Advocate for technical users within cross‑functional teams.
• Interpret and translate user feedback into actionable design recommendations.
• Contribute to requirements and design documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in STEM fields (Computer Science, HCI, Psychology, etc.) and 6+ years of professional experience, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French and English (verbal & written).
• Experience with research and collaboration tools such as UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, Miro.
• Proficient with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages (MATLAB, Python, C, C++, JavaScript); GitHub experience is a plus.
