Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a User Researcher, ideally in a B2C environment.

• Knowledge of both micro and macro research approaches.
• Passionate about apps, websites, and the digital world.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and ergonomics.
• Ability to craft meaningful insights that inspire action.
