Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in growth, UA, or performance marketing.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive joint outcomes.
• Proficient in reading performance metrics and identifying opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Execute growth strategy for assigned live games.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior Growth Specialists.
• Collaborate with Monetization and Product teams on game improvements.
• Identify and prioritize ad network models for growth.
