Swan is seeking a Confirmed Software Engineer to join its large tech team for a multi-month project in a fast-growing payments environment. You will own one or more backend initiatives and work on solving complex problems within a reactive architecture.

You will collaborate with the product team to design the bank-by-API, improve performance under increasing load, and ensure architecture and automated tests are followed. This role is based in Paris with a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Software Developer with strong backend experience.
• Experience with performance improvements, observability, SQL queries and SQL optimisations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Technically responsible for one or more projects.
• Tackle problems in a demanding IT domain with a reactive architecture.
• Design with the product team the bank-by-API.
• Improve system performance under growing load.
• Ensure adherence to architecture rules and automated tests.
