Lever, Inc. in France is seeking a senior Transformation and Change Management Practitioner to lead multi-workstream programmes across operating models, technology, processes, people and governance.

You will translate strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes and drive value creation. You will engage senior sponsors and teams, establish governance, and embed new ways of working while collaborating with investment, commercial, operational, financial, and tech specialists to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, operating-model improvement, or complex programme delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from diagnosis to delivery and outcomes.
• Develop clear transformation roadmaps covering change, target operating model, sequencing, governance, investment, risks, and benefits.
• Establish governance, delivery rhythms, decision structures, and accountability to keep initiatives on track.
• Engage senior stakeholders and build commitment through credible communication and change adoption.
• Design and implement change-management strategies covering alignment, communications, organisation design, and benefits realization.
• Translate technology and operational challenges into commercial implications related to growth and value creation.
• Support post-deal value creation by helping leadership teams execute priorities while maintaining business continuity.
• Connect transformation priorities with product, engineering, data, platforms, and technology operating models.
• Build trusted client relationships, contribute to propositions, and mentor colleagues in transformation and change management.
