Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a Senior Thermal Engineer to lead end-to-end thermal design for complex electronics, from requirements definition to validation. You will apply heat transfer principles, CFD tools, and Creo/ SolidWorks to optimize heat dissipation and reliability.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Master’s preferred) and hands-on experience with airflow and thermal verification testing, with strong presentation skills to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Proficient in CAD tools with strong heat transfer knowledge and electronics cooling.
• Strong ability to interpret thermal simulation data and present results to teams.
• Hands-on experience in airflow and thermal verification testing.

Responsibilities

• Establish thermal requirements and end-to-end architecture.
• Leverage CFD tools to optimize and validate thermal solutions.
• Develop thermal models and CFD analyses for electronics cooling.
• Create detailed Creo/SolidWorks models for CFD workflows.
• Present findings to engineering teams and management.
• Support verification testing and resolve discrepancies between simulations and lab results.
• Apply heat transfer principles to develop innovative cooling technologies.
