CMA Terminals, a CMA CGM Group affiliate, seeks a Terminal Project Senior Manager to lead investment projects for port terminals worldwide from Marseille. You will manage Greenfield and M&A initiatives, structure deals, and coordinate with internal and external partners to maximize profitability and strategic value.

You will guide workshops, oversee documentation, and mentor junior team members while reporting to the Head of Department. Willingness to travel across France and abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• Polyvalent — adaptable, versatile skill set.
• Excellent modelling skill in Excel.
• Able to lead impactful meetings with internal and external partners and have strong project management and organizational skillsets.
• Be open to travel in France or abroad to meet with partners for current or future projects.
• Experience as a project manager.
• Deep financial knowledge with experience in M&A, transactions is a plus but not a must.

Responsabilités

• Establish investment plans and financial models and structure deals (Greenfield or M&A).
• Present risks and opportunities by identifying profitability and market potential.
• Structure deals (acquisition, JV, equity, etc.) and coordinate with legal, tax, and operations teams.
• Lead workshops with internal/external stakeholders and gather information across departments.
• Respond to tender offers and develop partnerships through acquisitions and JVs.
• Oversee project documentation for JV deals and acquisitions.
