Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital project management as a Product Owner.
• Knowledge of cargo flows, container terminal operations, and procurement processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive with strong teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Participate in management and improvement of the department's digital tools.
• Gather and analyze business user requirements; draft functional specs.
• Monitor development with IT teams and external providers.
• Participate in functional testing and deployment of new features.
• Track incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement plans.
• Regularly communicate with business users and update roadmaps and budgets.
• Organize steering committees and draft meeting minutes.
