Yahoo seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the CTO Transformation, Strategy & Operations team. The role sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and operations, partnering across engineering, finance, and business teams to improve how technology services are planned, managed, and scaled.

You will lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution and translate initiatives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes, leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to understand system architecture, dependencies, and risks.
• Experience partnering with engineering to drive plans and outcomes.
• Strong judgment and communication, with ambiguity handling.
• Experience with Finance/FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Support financial strategy and operational planning within Central Technology, including budgeting and resource analysis.
• Partner with Finance, FinOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure to optimize cloud costs and drive measurable savings.
• Develop scalable processes, governance, dashboards, and reporting to improve visibility and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate roadmaps into executable plans and business cases for technical and executive audiences.
• Support cloud migration, enterprise systems transformation, and tooling modernization.
