Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Technical Product Manager to partner with the Head of Deployment and drive end-to-end execution of complex customer deployments. You will coordinate AI, robotics, hardware, and software across engineering, operations, and customer teams to move systems from prototype to real-world production.

You will own cross-functional products, define deployment planning, manage timelines, and engage with enterprise customers to translate requirements and report progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or product operations.
• Technical depth to navigate discussions with software engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers.
• Track record of leading cross-functional engineering products from planning through production rollout.
• Clear written and verbal communication to align distributed teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking with ability to structure ambiguous operational problems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed to support deployments.
• Bonus: Direct experience deploying robotics or autonomous systems.
• Bonus: Background in autonomy, perception, controls, simulation, ML, or field engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Deployment to drive end-to-end customer deployments.
• Own cross-functional products spanning robotics software, AI, hardware, and operations.
• Coordinate engineering milestones across teams and manage dependencies.
• Drive site readiness: planning, testing, validation, logistics, and launch.
• Engage enterprise customers to translate requirements and report progress.
• Identify risks early and unblock blockers across engineering teams.
• Build scalable deployment planning, release management, and onboarding processes.
• Define how Genesis deploys and scales physical AI and robotics systems.
