Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Technical Program Manager to work with the Head of Deployment to drive execution across our most critical customer deployments, coordinating AI, robotics, hardware, operations, and customer teams from prototype to production.

You will own cross-functional programs, align engineering milestones, manage timelines, and travel to customer sites as needed to support deployment milestones. Bonus: robotics/autonomy experience and field engineering background are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or product operations for complex hardware/software platforms.
• Technical depth to navigate technical discussions with software engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers.
• Track record of leading cross-functional engineering programs from planning to production rollout.
• Clear written and verbal communication to align distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking with ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites to support deployment milestones.
• Bonus: direct experience deploying robotics or autonomous systems into real-world environments.
• Bonus: technical background in autonomy, perception, controls, simulation, ML, or field engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Deployment to drive end-to-end execution of customer deployments.
• Own cross-functional programs spanning robotics software, AI, hardware, operations, and customer success.
• Coordinate engineering milestones across multiple teams and manage dependencies.
• Drive site readiness, planning, testing, validation, logistics, and launch execution.
• Engage with enterprise customers to translate requirements, report progress, and manage timelines.
• Identify execution risks and unblock technical and operational blockers.
• Build scalable processes for deployment planning, release management, and onboarding.
• Define how Genesis deploys and scales physical AI and robotics systems across contexts.
