Job summary

Genesis AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with the Head of Deployment, driving multi-team deployments from prototype to production. You will coordinate robotics software, AI, hardware, and customer teams to ensure smooth site readiness and launch execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical program management or related fields, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or product operations for complex hardware/software

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of customer deployments with the Head of Deployment
• Own cross-functional programs spanning robotics software, AI, hardware, infra, operations, and customer success
• Coordinate engineering milestones and ensure dependencies stay on track
• Drive site readiness, planning, testing, validation, logistics, and launch execution
• Engage with enterprise customers to translate requirements, report progress, and manage timelines
• Identify execution risks and resolve blockers across engineering teams
• Build scalable deployment planning, release management, and customer onboarding processes
• Define deployment and scaling strategies for physical AI and robotics systems across customer environments
