Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, due diligence, strategy, transformation, or leadership.
• Able to manage senior stakeholders and deliver decision-ready outputs.
• Strong fundamentals in product & engineering, software architecture, cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, or operating models.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex client engagements from scoping to high-quality delivery, balancing PM, team leadership, client service, and commercial aspects.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams; communicate complex tech in clear terms.
• Lead technical due diligence and technology-focused engagements; identify risks, opportunities, and post-deal value creation.
• Assess technology strategy, architecture, cloud platforms, data/AI, cybersecurity, scalability, debt, and operating models.
• Translate technical findings into commercial implications for growth, margins, and investment decisions.
• Produce concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops connecting analysis to client decisions.
• Develop a recognised functional specialism while leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to commercial diligence, investment thesis, and value-creation initiatives.
