Infosys in Toulouse, France is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead static stress analysis and FDT assessments on aircraft structures. You will work with Patran/Nastran, ISAMI, ABAQUS, and other Airbus tools, collaborating with offshore teams to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

Strong knowledge of Airbus processes and a bi-lingual (French/English) professional is required. The role emphasizes understanding concession inputs, performing FE analyses for metallic and composite structures,

Qualifications

• Analysis using stress methods (Static, Fatigue and Damage Tolerance) to justify structural concessions.
• Knowledge of hand calculations and FE analysis.
• Knowledge of Airbus design processes and procedures (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS).
• Understanding of aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.
• Experience with Airbus Supply tools (DocMaster, Airnavx).
• Airbus Concession Signatory experience.
• Bi-lingual (French and English).
• BE / BTECH / MS or equivalent in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of hands-on aerospace structural stress experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead static stress analysis and Fatigue & Damage Tolerance assessments for aircraft structures.
• Understand baseline stress analyses and concession inputs (CODs/COIs/COAs).
• Perform stress calculations for metallic, composite, and hybrid structures using analytical and numerical methods.
• Utilize Airbus-specific tools (ISAMI, GFEM, DFEM) and FE software (Patran/Nastran, HyperMesh).
• Coordinate with offshore stress team and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Prepare and validate stress outputs (COS, COI) per Airbus/Airworthiness requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Airbus SAP, PLM, and configuration control processes.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
• Act as technical representative for onsite-offshore coordination.
